After discovering our 15th-floor apartment had accidentally flooded, I contacted Pristine Carpet Care. Once we'd swept most of the 2cm of standing water into the bathroom, Foti offered to lend us carpet dryers.
I'd already hired a carpet cleaner from Bunnings and emptied its 4L tank 25–30 times. Once the carpet had stopped squishing underfoot, I went to pick up the dryers. Foti showed me how to use them, and I headed straight home to set them up. Within 18 hours of discovering the flood, the carpets were dry and the master bedroom was reassembled and ready for a well-deserved sleep.

You chat amiably giving good advice, but you do not stop the actual work, and you worked hard all day long, for 8 hours, despite invites to rest and have a drink and a snack. You’re gracious in accepting a bit of hospitality but you give it moments only. It’s very respectful of you.
As if that was not already enough, the energy with which you worked and talked, inspired me to keep a cracking pace myself 😂 as I tidied at one end or other of the house all day too! A lot got achieved 🙂

Bruce cleaned our carpets a few days ago and provided an excellent service. Bruce was punctual and thorough. The results of his work were very impressive and actually beyond our expectations.
