Thanks for the fast (1hr) response to my call for help after flooding the bedroom via an overflow in the ensuite.All cleaned up in around 3 hours and left 2 fans in the room for a couple of days to dry out .They removed over 100 litres of water with the industrial vac.Thanks heaps for a great job .

This is the most effective carpet clean I have experienced in 30 years. In spite of a slight mix up concerning timing, the cleaners rearranged their schedule to accommodate me. Not only that, they agreed to steam clean a couch free of charge, and managed to remove a long standing cat urine odour.
